In the past 5 years I have been blocked by Spamhaus from sending emails four times. This is extremely frustrating as nothing amiss has ever been found. It hasn't happened for at least 2 years, it seems to be random.
What is that organization doing. Every time I eventually get removed from their black list with no changes made to my system but it is a real nuisance.
I have asked Shaw for help in the past but got zero help.
