I just paid the equipment that was returned to shaw, and received a collection action letter!

Hi, there, 

I canceled my internet service and had paid the early cancellation fee  at Apr 14 2021.

Shaw confirmed they received the returned equipment on May 14.

Today, I received a letter from a company called CB. Cameron & associates. The letter said that I need to pay them $357, otherwise they will report to bureau.

I log in my  Shaw account, there was an unpaid bill $357 in total. Not through too much, click make a payment and paid  it off. Then I realized that 357 dollars is an unreturned equipment fee, but I already returned them!!!

Why Shaw sell my information to that company? How can I get my money back?
