Installing McAfee with IOS devises do we create account with McAfee

I just got installed McAfee protection on my Mac but that was OK however trying to install on iPhones and iPad seems very cumbersome , I have to log into shaw.ca go through that way to download it and it is vey awkward does not seem to work easily or at all. What I need to know do we set up a Account McAfee as well  or we have it already I don know what the password its hidden from shaw . The e mail address long number before the shaw security address . I see only on my iMac 1 out of 10 users on the McAfee protection what gives if I am paying for this service ipad and iPhones?

I tried all that many times been on phone agent and texting with agent still cumbersome  what gives maybe I need to go to the McAfee site get the help
