Internet prices

I have been a shaw customer for at least the last 12 years.

I am currently on  TV, Phone and Internet  service with shaw.

I have "personal" TV. ($50/ month)

Internet 15 ($75/month)

and home phone ($20/month)

add GST and PST for total.

Internet 15 is the SLOWEST speed you offer.

on one of your webpages showing bundles I see that internet 300 if taken on a 2 year plan is $50 a month for the first year.

The regular price for this internet 300 is $70 per month.

OK... so how come I am paying $75 per month for your slowest speed?

I have to wonder...

Can I get  faster internet at same price or can I save some bucks for slower service?

no need to wait on hold for an hour and be subjected to propaganda about your carbon footprint to be told the regular price is $110/M.

$70 is year 2 of a 2 year contract.

Same here except I have been a customer for much longer than 12 years and my Internet 15 is $86/mo.  So so frustrating

@JeremyC1 You can rnew or beter price on new valueplan pricin for 75 megs is 70 for two yeas.  or telus has deals.
