I have Shaw Internet 300. I'm using the Shaw modem (bridge mode) connected to my router. Before I moved recently, I was getting download speeds of 330 when connected to the router. After the move, however (and still connected to the router), I get 120 download speed. If I connect directly to the modem and bypass the router entirely, I get 330 download speed again. The Shaw IP address is different, however, when connected directly to the modem than it is when connected to the router. Any ideas?

When you say connecting directly to the modem do you mean no wifi?
Have you tried running the Shaw modem/ router in non bridged mode?
What speeds are you getting running the Shaw gear alone?
On the wifi side, you may be getting wifi interference. New house, new factors like neighbours, internal construction features are a couple things that come to mind.
After a move try a factory reset to get a baseline of how your gear is performing in the new area..
