Is anyone else’s internet wifi not working in Summerland area. Ours went off at approximately 10:40 am and is still not working at 3:40 pm I phone Shaw help line and all they said was I may have to wait if it’s an area outage.
@Rick_tv -- when your home WiFi stops working, do you have a computer with an Ethernet cable connecting it to the cable-modem, that continues to have Internet access? If so, then, as @rstra wrote, power-off/power-on the cable-modem might fix your home WiFi. Do you have more than one WiFi-using device? Do all of them lose WiFi access at the same time? Maybe, you need to contact Rogers Support, to replace the cable-modem.
