Junk Mail vs. Not Junk

All my email I need to read is being tagged as junk with

[Shaw Suspected Junk Email]

Yet the Junk mail does not get tagged with it. I have been in touch with Shaw several times and supplied them with a list of domains that are NOT JUNK and also had the email address marked as NOT JUNK in the preferences area/ Yes Shaw still considers this junk. I am losing lots of business e-mails as a result. How can we make this stop?

If you are seeing the "tagged" messages, are you really "missing" any messages?

It's not only the domain-name that is used by Shaw's filters. The content of the message, e.g., "transfer X.Y millions", is also examined.

Have you tried disabling Shaw's spam-filtering, either through My Shaw or while logged-in to Shaw WebMail?

If you use Microsoft Outlook to process your E-mail, it has its own spam-filtering.

Yes actually it's tagging messages from clients. The messages are being filtered at the source which is Shaw. This is why the headers are being tagged with:

[Shaw Suspected Junk Email]

There are only three options and two of them will label the mail as Junk... it's like I can't tell them to understand this isn't Junk.

I've set it to label as junk and leave it in the inbox.
