Well that experience went quite well, Shaw just phoned me, almost didn't answer because it was a 1-888 number, but I did and I was able to renew my internet/phone/tv with no changes to my plan or equipment for $3.00 more per month. I can live with that. 4 months early contract cancellation waived. Hope others get good offers.
You're totally wrong if you already renew for just decreased $4 , if you ask them to cancel your service they might give you $10+ discount for everymonth , good luck for $4 off and locked 2 years
