Lack of support!

I have been trying to get help from shaw. There is not any reply on phone, online chat or messenger!

How can a company treat it's clients this badly and still be in business?

Sitting for hours on hold or getting no reply from online chat is not customer service. Canada should open the competition then maybe they will have to actually try to keep customers!

Whenever you do get in touch they say it is "unusually high call volume", Since it is always "high call volume" then it is not unusual!

The CRTC should get involved in assisting the consumer.
