I’ve tried for hours to get my new modem set up but nothing is working. I followed the instructions but the white light never turns solid, it just keeps flashing, even overnight. The app only shows “upgrade now” or “sign out”. I logged in online but there’s no “activate” option as indicated in the online instructions. I’ve gone through every menu option, unplugged and replugged the power cable, coax, resetting, tried restarting from my online account, and nothing is working. I’ve tried all the things multiple times and I’m fed up, pls help
