Missing emails

The past few months I've not received random emails from different senders, some of them important.  For example, in dealing with Air Canada I've received perhaps 80% of the emails they've sent me but not the other 20%.  Tuesday I know of at least two senders from whom I didn't receive the emails they sent.  One the senders I regularly get emails from no problem up to now.  They're not getting through to either my tablet which uses Outlook or my desktop which uses Maibird email program.  It's very frustrating, especially with important emails.

I have checked Shaw webmail.  I can't see anywhere on there where I can set these filters.  I've been receiving plenty of spam/junk mail.  It's mostly mail from senders I regularly get emails from that I'm not receiving.

Okay, I was able to change by accessing Webmail on desktop.
