@tc10 -- MoCA sends signals "out" of your cable-modem back to the splitter inside the Shaw Demarcation Box in your garage (or wiring-closet) and then out from the splitter, over coaxial-cable, to the MoCA-capable TV box that is connected to your other TV.
Usually, there is a Shaw-provided filter between the Shaw splitter and the coaxial-cable that runs across the street to the nearest telephone-pole, to block your MoCA signals from broadcasting out to your neighbours.
