My Current Billing Says I am Not Subscribed to Internet

I was trying to set up a Shaw ID and after putting in my account number, it said that I am not subscribed to Internet. I am assuming that this Account Number was my old one as I used to use Shaw. I was, therefore, wondering what my current account number is or where to find it?
