My Shaw failed load my account information.

Recently I changed my account names to my mothers name(cause I wasn’t 19 yet) However since that I can’t login to My Shaw. I can use My Shaw website to login but on the app.. it’s just not works.

Maybe try deleting and reinstalling the app.
