Also, I signed up for Internet 300, but am currently getting 150Mbps in their speedtest. Is this just temporary while the work order is finalized?
Hey @evilnapkin, you can view your bills online at https://my.shaw.ca with the steps here. You can set up email bills there. Are you noticing the slower speeds over WiFi only or are direct ethernet connections to a PC affected as well? Are the slower speeds the same on multiple devices?
Hey tony, I got in touch with Live Chat and we were able to sort it out. A bit of delay but a modem reset did it.

Let me ask cause this is exactly the same thing that's happened to my brother the other day after sub'ing to Shaws 300 package. Although his wifi is really dismal on all connected devices via both the 2.4 and 5 bands his wired is capping out around 150 megs down.
So a simple reset like a normal power off and on worked? Must've been more to it.
