Outlook 'Notes' folder EMPTY after installing Windows 10 21H2

I installed Windows 10, version 21H2, on Oct 21.

Now my Outlook 'Notes' folder is empty!

That's hundreds if very important Notes.- gone!

     Anyone else seeing this?
