i changed my webmail and shaw id password to be the same. It is accepted in My Shaw. It is not accepted by WEBMAIL.
Why not?
My phone 604-837-0801. It Shaw would be way ahead of their competitors if they offered Live Chat with real person.

Make sure to try going directly to Webmail when trying to sign in after resetting the password. We do also have live chat. You can find a link for it here https://www.shaw.ca/contact-us
