Pod connectivity issue

I just hooked up Zone 2 downstairs (main modem is on the main floor) of Sooloos and after speaking with Support, they recommended an extender Pod to make the ethernet connection. I finally got the Pod to connect but when I play my music for Zone 2, I get a message on my iPad that Sooloos playback is being interrupted by a network or connectivity issue.  My Blue Curve says I'm connected and my Meridian 600 says it connected as well.  Does anyone know a fix to this issue.
