When I go to my Gateway controls (10.0.0.1) Advanced Setting > Port Forwarding I'm told I have to go to the Shaw app to control my Port Forwarding. I go to the app .............. no Advanced settings no Port Forwarding
So where can I set up Port Forwarding
Go to Network > Gateway > Advanced Settings > Port Forwarding
You need to scroll down to see the advanced settings options.

doesn't work says its having trouble and to try again later. what a joke as there was never an issue before they did this update and removed it from the router settings where it was easy to find and set
to clarify I cannot manually setup a port to forward that is not already listed all i can do is use the listed games and those ports so a waste of time to me and perhaps I need to move to telus to do something simple like adding a port to forward. Come on Shaw lets keep it simple like it was before you guys screwed this up
It does not help Rogers bought out Shaw and now not even the updated Home Ignite app works. I'm 100% certain everyone who's a Shaw member is blocked from even signing into the app. The website doesn't help because it directs you to the app... again. Everyone is blocked out I bet.

How? I have the app and it has me blocked. I even phoned the company and they were saying it's a "mundane" thing on their end. Left the convo alone for a couple days and I'm still blocked. And I wanna set up Port Forwarding, which you gotta do from now on on their website and not use a 3-party site like PFConfig.
