Hey @mdk, I don't see the error message that you are receiving. Are you noticing this issue on multiple browsers or just one? Can you try this on a different device to see if the same problem persists? When I tried mine, it went to https://www.shawconnect.ca/?source=Webmail
I doubt that it was a "browser-problem" or a "operating-system-problem".
While, for a few days, I did experience the problem on 3 different computers, with 4 different web-browsers, I no longer get redirected to "shawconnect.ca" -- I now (correctly!) get redirected to "www.shawconnect.ca" -- as it used to be, for literally years.

That website took me to t.v. options, I was referring to my email account.
@SM89Anderson -- were you referring to a post that I made in August 2019 ? That's just over 3 years ago ?!
