What is the process to have internet added to a Shaw account( mother in law) during Covid 19? Would the modem be mailed out or delivered or available for pick up?
Is this a possibility?

Contact Shaw directly, they will set you up and make arrangements to get the hardware to you. Expect everything to be self installed for inside applications. If you require outside wiring a tech will come out. Apparently they won’t enter the house.

What I have been told is that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Shaw is dispatching technicians only when there is a complete outage.
