I have been struggling to reduce the size of the malboxes. No luck until I deleted content of ARCHIVE mailbox. Then my content was reduced by 500 mb. Don't know what is in archive and don't purposely use it but try deleting it's content and you may gain a lot of space. I went from 93% to 22% in a instant.

That folder is an "archive" of your older E-mail messages. Now that you have deleted it, you'll never know what was in it, unless you contact Shaw, to see if they can "restore" your entire mailbox from backups that they have created.
There is no settings for the trash folder, basically it will retain any deleted emails until you empty it.
I cleared every thing from shaw.ca and still have this problem!!!!!!!!!!! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please
Hey Taylor121,
As mentioned, try moussing over the different folders in Webmail, this should show you which folders are holding high amounts of data and where to look to delete emails from. If you continue to have trouble reducing the content in your Webmail, I would recommend reaching out to Shaw Support ( www.shaw.ca/chat ) or 1-888-472-2222, and they can look into it further for you.

Chocolate or vanilla mousse? 🙂
At a multi-family dinner, just after Easter, many years ago, when one of my very young cousins heard that "chocolate mousse" was to be the dessert, he thought about the size of his chocolate Easter-bunny, and his imagination scaled-up to a dessert the size of a "chocolate MOOSE".
