quota warning - is this a scam?

No reply address and can't bring up address but have been getting messages for 2 weeks that quota is 90% full.

Deleted messages and have monthly cleaning of deleted messages on preferences for all my mail.

Do I ignore?  Can't block as no address appears.

Within Shaw WebMail, you'll see a list of "folders" down...

Within Shaw WebMail, you'll see a list of "folders" down the left edge.

Point the mouse at one of the folder-names, and wait for the pop-up that states "666 items, 777 Mb".

It is possible that your "Sent" folder and/or your "Trash" folder consumes most of your quota.

Delete what you can, and delete everything from the "Trash" folder.

Are you talking about Shaw email quota? If so, go in to webmail and check your quota and delete from there.
