My neighbours connect and use my internet. Today I found a Shaw email with my name which isn’t mine. This email was also connected to my Hotmail account. How can someone do this?
To create an email you need to provide a lot of information. Can Shaw find out who that person is?
@EmmaxX Do you mean that someone created a Shaw email address on your account? Are you seeing the email address in My.Shaw.ca? I doubt that Rogers can see who created the account, but you could try contacting them.
Letting your neighbours use your internet is a bad idea, everything they do comes back to you.

Every E-mail message has "headers" that usually are hidden from your view.
Open one of those messages, and "view headers" (however your E-mail program names this feature), and post some fields from the headers:
for analysis of the origin of the message.
