Service issues?

Twice in the last hour, my internet has completely shut down and the modem rebooted.  

Has there been scheduled maintenance at this time or has there been some unreported problems?

@ziggurcat -- to me, your post shows as "8 hours ago", at 09:33 Pacific Standard Time.

So, have you checked: Find Shaw Service Updates & Outages by Region

to view all scheduled/unscheduled outages in your region? 

Shaw does "prune" the above web-site, after the completion of a scheduled outage.  So, you might not see a report for a scheduled outage that has been completed.
