Hi shaw-tony,
My non-profit is now experiencing this issue.
I will send you a DM.
Thanks.

Are you running your own Microsoft Exchange Server?
If so, check that it is configured for "smart-hosting" -- whereby all outgoing E-mail from any client on your network is sent to your Exchange Server, and then the Exchange Server passes the message to Shaw's SMTP-server, to "deliver" the message. Of course, Shaw does not "black-list" the IP-address of their own SMTP-server. 🙂
This seems to be an issue again.
Emails from gmail and manulifesecurities.ca are not going through to Shaw clients.
@brandscaping hmm, odd that this has re-surfaced. Did you make any changes that were different from before when it resolved itself?
Nothing new on this side, and I think there are very few things we can do to change how gmail is sending.
We have had success by sending plain text emails, so we can reach clients using Shaw email addresses now, but it seems that your recent restrictions are problematic.
@brandscaping if plain text is working then it may be a picture/attachment/signature that is causing it to be blocked.
Since it's the same setup for the past four years, I'm guessing something changed on your side to disallow the images.
@brandscaping it may be the type or number of images that are getting caught in our spam filters.
no changes on this side, but it's magically fixed, so...
@brandscaping ahh, yeah we didn't make any changes that I'm aware of. 🤔 At least it's fixed!
