Shaw not allowing customer's domain email through

Hello,

I have a customer who's having issues sending email to @shaw.ca customers. They aren't on any blacklists, anywhere, and have great domain reputation.

How or who do I talk to so this can be fixed?

Hey edmontontech,

Thank you for reaching out! If they are sending more than a certain number of emails to @shaw.ca email customers, their email address/domain may be picked up as spam. Their email subscribers can whitelist their email/domain with the steps here and adjust their spam settings here. Let me know if you have any other questions.

It's not being reported as spam; they simply aren't being delivered.

The domain isn't on any blacklists, so I'm puzzled why they are having issues. the domain is. Can you tell me if it's on some internal list? Or what the issue could be?

 That is odd. Are they able to test by sending it just to 1 recipient? Also, what is the email address so I may take a look?
