In the past, Telus offered to pay that cancellation fee, if you did a sign-up with Telus. Ask Telus whether this offer is still available.
I just bought a new lap top and cannot log into my Shaw e-mail account. It still works on my i-phone and i-pad but not on the laptop. I need it on my laptop to print.

Are you using the Windows "Mail" app, or the Shaw WebMail web-site, or Microsoft Outlook ?
Since you have just purchased a new computer, run Windows Update, to get the latest updates to Windows.
What error-message(s) do you get when you try to access your E-mail?

@Geno7 Webmail seems to be a bit of a nightmare, Rogers isn’t acknowledging that there is a problem. The only solution offered is the usual; reboot, clear cache, try a different browser. You could try using an email client, Windows Mail or Apple Mail, or a mail app if you are using a phone or tablet.
