@Pres867 -- having issues with spotty TV reception and wifi issues -
That is two different issues:
1. Are all the channels "spotty", or just the CTV & Global groups of channels? Do you have an older "Gateway" TV box, or the newer "BlueCurve" TV box?
2. Your WiFi is strictly between your WiFi-capable devices and the WiFi support inside your cable-modem. Which cable-modem do you have: Hitron, XB6, XB7, XB8? How big is your home? How far away are your devices from the cable-modem? What is inside your walls? Wood, or metal that might be impeding the WiFi signal. Do you have some major metal appliances (refrigerator, oven, washer, dryer, metal sink, dishwasher) located in a straight line between your device and the cable-modem?
