@Nellybel -- are you still living in the same MURB (Multiple Unit Residential Building) in Kelowna as you were in late 2019?
Are you, and your neighbours in your building, still having issues similar to yours?
At that time, did a Shaw technician do a site-visit, to examine the Shaw feed from the street into your building, and also to examine the cable-plant inside your building? Did it help?
