Two people, one who is my father, and in my contact list and the other is Knowledge Network out of BC, has ended up in the spam box, 3x for my father, 3 x I've said "not spam"
Why is this happening and what do I need to do to stop that?!

@gordn You could go in to Webmail and add those email addresses to your list of trusted addresses. In Webmail, click Preferences from the toolbar on the top and then click Trusted Addresses from the column on the left, you can enter the address there.
