Yes!, this seems to be the problem.  I checked and it was set to that.  I changed it and resent the original receipt mail that never arrived previously and it went through right away.

Thank you!

@atrick -- my wife's shaw email that is the recipient and I can send stuff from my work address there and it arrives

When you send from your work, are you using Shaw WebMail to send the message to her, where the FROM: ID will show your Shaw ID, or are you using an E-mail program (Outlook? Windows 10 Mail?) and your "work" E-mail ID, where the FROM: field will show your work ID?

Check your wife's WebMail settings -- it could be configured to silently "delete" all incoming "Shaw Suspected" messages.

Or, your wife may have (accidentally) flagged your Shaw E-mail ID as being a "spammer", causing your messages from your Shaw ID to be automatically deleted -- without informing her.

@Ww1 --  How do I get Ajax interface?

No matter which web-browser, open Shaw WebMail.

Click "Preferences".

Below "Sign In", select "Ajax".

Click "Save".

Click "Mail" to return the primary menu.
