it is the 17th of june it says issue was the 11th.. i am getting very frustrated with shaw cable! cleared my cache... no help.. fix this issue please...telus is looking good right now
I too am getting frustrated with the webmail issues. Yes, clearing cache seems to work... but why is clearing the cache required every other day? No other website requires such a thing.
I was certainly not satisfied with the "it must be something on my side causing the issue" and you'll have to wipe the cache and cookies every time to login to webmail. So I dug deeper. So far the best answer I have is that there is something that the webmail page is saving on my browser that is causing it to fail. I found this to work:

So wiping off the info for only the shaw webmail page seems to clear the error and login is now possible. II am not sure if it is the same with every browser as I was experiencing the issue with Edge, Chrome as well as Firefox.
having the same problem.. glad i found it's not me, and as i suspected; something with shaw (i suspect the new requirement of 2fa login (always a headache)
cleared cache works sometime.. for a few hours. new/different web browser did nothing,
hope they recognize and fix this soon.. it's quite annoying

Shaw does schedule "overnight" outages.
Also, physically, where is your computer? Nanaimo? Calgary? Thunder Bay?
Which web-browser? Safari? Firefox? Google Chrome? Microsoft Internet Explorer? Microsoft Edge?
Presumably, you can access other web-sites? Did you try accessing: http://My.Shaw.ca as a comparison?
