This morning my internet speed dropped to almost zero, so slow it is pretty much unusable. The Shaw technician confirmed that there is something wrong with the connection and is sending out a technician, but the soonest available appointment is January 19th, a week from today! This is totally unacceptable! I am paying for 300 Mbps and barely getting 1 Mbps. My wife works from home and VPNs into her company network so she will be unable to work. If this is the best that Shaw can do I will be switching to a different ISP.
@Treebeard Oh no! No one likes slow speeds. Are you noticing issues only over WiFi or are direct connections to a desktop slow as well? I checked your account and see the signal to the modem looks solid with no reports of issues in the area.
