Internet is fine but when watching tv the screen is constantly freezing. Picture and sound is really choppy. I did not have this problem before switching to blue curve. Is anyone else having this problem? I am paying far too much for this type of service
I have been having this problem frequently too. I have just disconnected the power cord to reboot the cable box as instructed and it seems to have helped. I didn’t have this problem with the Blue Sky platform, and I find this irritating.
@whatwasithinkin @JKB it may be a signal related or interference issue. What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
