Logon to the My Shaw Portal, click on "bills", and scroll-down to "Transactions".
If the items have been received, and the serial-numbers were used to link to your Shaw Account number, you should see 2 "credit" transactions, since you sent 2 items. The credits should also include the PST/GST that you were charged when the 2 items appeared as "debit" transactions.
How long ago did you send the 2 items? It may take a while for their "Returns Department" to process all the other returns, before getting to your shipment, because the Canada Post strike created backlogs everywhere.
I am so incredibly frustrated with Shaw and your impossibly terrible customer support. You can’t get through my telephone. I want to talk to a real person numerous times. I’ve tried your sign in and live chat with no results whatsoever, I get put on a queue of 72 people and it drops down to perhaps 50 and all of a sudden is back up to 72 you haven’t even come to me yet. I’ve been trying for two days to get a hold of you. I’ve noticed that my January bill for next week has an extra $20 on it. I was given HBO and crave for two months free and I have until January 11 to cancel. If I don’t hear back from somebody within the next couple of days, the entire Shaw subscription will end. I will be moving to Starlink. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Back from you and you’re not getting this next month’s payment unless I hear back within two business days

@Last-2007 I've got some bad news for you Sorry but this is just a peer to peer discussion forum and not a direct path to Rogers/Shaw Support or Billing. There are no Rogers/Shaw employees on here it is just a couple of community volunteers like myself on here now. So no one from Rogers/Shaw will be getting ahold of you from here. I totally feel your frustration, and please don't shoot me but all I can say is you will have to contact them directly either through the chat service or phone at 1-888-472-2222. Try maybe early morning (?????)
