@Windwalker -- if you access www.shaw.ca and scroll-down toward the bottom of the page, you should see:
I think that you should follow that "Investors" hyperlink, to find the Board of Directors.
I’m too upset at the moment to write a clear and concise letter/ email today. After I clear my head I’ll be trying to contact someone with authority!
Shaw is a joke! I'm only still with them because I don't want to lose the only email address I've ever had. I need to cancel my deceased father's account, so the chat agent gave me an email address that doesn't work. AND she said I should send a copy of his Will.... are you frickin kidding me! None of their Beeswax!
I found an email address for investors relations... they might be getting my email! They want us to do everything ourselves and they don't want to hear about how **bleep**ty their service is. Un fu#*king believable.
Hi @dkelly3 , so sorry for your loss. Guess your going to have to reach out again to Rogers/Shaw to get this straightened out, sorry that we are just volunteers on here with no way to help you with this matter. I will say though you probably will have to show them a copy of the death certificate so the account can be closed by someone else with authority to do so, they can't just take someone's word that a person has died and please close the account, you are going to have to show the death certificate quite a few times to different levels of gov't and banks also, I been through this awful process myself with 2 family members. I hope everything works out.
You are incorrect Tony. Your link takes me to 253rd on the wait-list for a virtual chat. No email to be found.
@kingprobert , Rogers/Shaw does not use regular email for customer support or inquiries. They do however have a form of written communication here Resolve your concern | Rogers Together With Shaw . Just fill out your concern and contact info and someone will get back to you. Other than that you can only use the chat service or phone them at 1-888-472-2222. Hope this helps.
