Are you having any "performance" problems when accessing...

Are you having any "performance" problems when accessing those web-sites?  That is the real question.

Ask any CNE (Certified Network Engineer) about the special structure of "traceroute" packets, and how they are intentionally-crafted packets that are designed to "expire" along the route to the destination.  It is quite possible for such packets to "expire" between two routers, if there is a lot of "real" traffic on that path.

If you are given a task to run 100 meters in under 10 seconds, you probably will "fail".

If you are given a task to run 100 meters in under 15 seconds, you probably will "fail".

If you are given a task to run 100 meters in under 20 seconds, you might "pass".

In each case, you began by walking-up to the start-line, stopping at the start-line (or at a router), and you might not reach the finish-line (the next router) within the allotted time for the task.

An observer will notice that you walked-up to the start-line, and left the start-line. But, the observer may summarize your 3 attempts at 2 "fails" and 1 "pass", despite your best attempt at achieving the 3 tasks, even though you left the start-line (the first router) every time.
