DHCPv4 Lease Time settings are lost and returned to default of 2 days..when reset or power cycled, I've had to set this setting to a lease time of (Forever) as everytime it renews my IP address it disconnects and tries to set a new IP to all my devices .. some work ok after but some don't..such as my Sony TVs stops with working with Alaxa.. I have power cycles both my tv's so the connection is refresh with it new IP address for it to work again with Alaxa. I wish the configuration wouldn't change on its own , Aslo it seem to affected the speed of some of my devices when the lease time changes the Ip address every 2 days, the devices need to be reset to regain the speeds, I'm sure its annoying to alot of customers that have reset they're devices all the time because of a firmware glitch in the modem.. How many customers are having to buy their own routers.. ?
Plus there seem's to be no option to save my configuration if I wanted to uploaded it a replacement modem..
SHAW this Modem is bad! I've aslo discovered a error with the portforwading within the mobile interface. Why are you forcing people to use the app to port forward anyhow?
Get the engineering department together and fix these issues.
