I signed up for a new 2 year term agreement yesterday, October 20, 2021. It was not made clear to me that the agreement would take effect before expiry of my current 2 year contract. I would like to cancel the new contract. In the event I decide to continue with Shaw, I would like any new contract term to begin after my current (less expensive) contract ends.
I will rely on this message as notice of cancellation within 4 days, as allowed under the terms of the new services agreement.
