new to this Shaw community - where do I post questions about SHAW webmail -- i found it under "TV" category which doesn't make sense to me because I thought it would be under "internet"

QUEStIONS

1. in the webmail "mail" screen - where is the icon (button) to "print this email" ---- I can't find it in the knowledge base here or on the actual screen

2. I repeatedly get a pop up dialogue box each time I open the webmail page - and it says to effect "do you want to update your notification permission // YEs // No"

I have no idea what that means and I want to get rid of that dialogue box
