On June 30, 2023, a legacy technology used to deliver Shaw Cable television services in certain communities will no longer be supported by the third-party that provides the technology. Critical hardware and software components required to operate the platform are either obsolete or unavailable and the third-party technology has reached end-of-life. Shaw Internet services will not be impacted by these upcoming technology changes.
Shaw is notifying all impacted customers well in advance of this technology change.

If you do not migrate to a compatible Shaw television platform by June 30, 2023, you will lose access to your Shaw television service as your hardware will no longer be able to operate on Shaw’s network.
