2nd tv is not supported, primary tv is working but bedroom tv isn't getting channels

Can you move the box from the primary outlet to the secondary outlet to see if that outlet is active? Which cable boxes do you have?

@someonereal11 -- does the bedroom TV have multiple inputs (coax, HDMI #1, HDMI #2, component video) ?

Are you sure that the TV's "input" is set to the correct source -- namely the source being provided by the Shaw TV box?
