Upgrade to 4K TV wireless box has wiped out major PVR content. How do I recover these programs?

@Ptcheuchter What type of cable box did you have prior to the BlueCurve TV wireless one? Recordings stored in your Cloud PVR storage should still be available on the new equipment (so that would be nearly all recordings made on a wired BlueCurve TV box after Cloud PVR was launched in your area) but recordings created prior to that feature starting or on non-BlueCurve TV hardware would be stored on the hard drive in the previous equipment and would not be available after changing to new equipment.

Began with the Gateway box, then when upgrading to 600 net speed, we got the BlueCurve box with the large blue light. That and the hard drive remain, with the upgrade being the two individual units at the TVs, so it never occurred to me that the new boxes would fail to communicate to the hard drive. Is there really no way to access the drive data whatsoever? Seems poor planning.
