I find five minutes skip too much and 30 seconds not enough. Is it possible to program 3.5min using 0-3-3-0 ? Or are there only two options available?

Note the "30" as the last two digits.  What happens if you instead use "20" as the last two digits?

Or, just "talk" to the BlueCurve remote-control: skip back 20 seconds

We had this same problem happen today in July 2023 and turning off the PVR with the  blue button. Pressed exit-exit-exit 0030 then turn the PVR back on using the blue button and it worked —- for now

That's the ticket. Only works if the PVR is off. If you try it while the TV is on, the Exit x3 0030 with attempt to change the channel. Turn off the PVR/TV and the sequence works like a charm.
