Hello all. I have the a&e app installed just now signed into it with my Shaw credentials and none of the content is authorized. Can anyone help? I have ultimate tv and a&e live tv channel. How can I get it working?

Yes.
Definitely, contact Rogers Support [1-888-472-2222] and get them to "refresh" the provisioning of your account, to ensure that authorization inquiries from A&E to Rogers will return "customer is authorized" back to A&E, rather than getting the current "not authorized" response from Rogers to A&E.
Are you receiving the A&E "live" feed?
