I've tried the online chat, it's gone bonkers, starts at 25 goes down to 4 min back to 28 to waiting for agent then back to 20.
I want to ask if I can remove channels I don't want or watch and add TLC?
I can go without APTN, DIY, etc. that I see are on myShaw account.
Also, I see a bunch of freerange devices showing on myShaw, no clue who's what. Can I delete them, will I just re-login and be back in business? I'm sure there's old devices that are no longer in use.
