When I access my recordings, all the items listed are set in such a dark list I can only see the one I selected.
My menu for channels is fine, just my recorded list is dark.

There are variousl "colour schemes" available in "SETUP" mode on the Shaw set-top boxes. Have you tried a different scheme?
There are no colour scheme options on Gateway systems. The dark recordings list was implemented in the last major Gateway update and there's nothing we can do about it until Shaw and Arris undo this unpopular change.
