Audio cutting out A LOT

I've had the Ignite system for about 3 months, forced to move from my Gateway, which served me very well.

Initially I had seconds of silence while watching programs, both live and recorded, it was annoying but infrequent.  Now on some days, the programs are virtually unwatchable.  I have 5 TVs on the system and I experience this on all 5. 

At times the audeo is trouble free, then not so.

Is Shaw/Rogers going to provide lip reading courses ?

@hjnicol -- it is sad to say that I too am experiencing audio drop-outs on a brand-new Xi6/XiOne Rogers TV box.

However, as a bypass, if I "rewind" a live program by a few seconds, and then "play", then the drop-out vanishes.

I have also noticed audio drop-outs when playing something that I recorded to the Cloud. The above "bypass" does not work.

I will have to contact Technical Support (1-888-472-2222) for trouble-shooting.
