Audio description is off in my settings, but I'm getting occasional shows that are recording with the audio description turned on. Is there a way to turn it off for a recording? When looking at the recording settings, it also shows that it's off.

Is it happening on a specific channel or all channels?
It's been pretty random. No specific channels, and not the same for all episodes of the same show.
